Alison and team were brilliant when my van broke down in Minchinhampton during the bad weather. They came out and tried to help as best they could in terrible weather conditions. Their help and support was very much appreciated.
Very big thank you to Alison who came out to help us today after having a flat battery. I posted on facebook we needed help and within minuits Alison was there to help. Not used the garage as of yet but great service from the staff so far.
Wanted a service on my car, enquired and was promised a call back, never happened. Popped in again a few days later to ask what was happening and was told to again wait for a call, no call. I was patient enough but eventually went elsewhere, there's so many garages around here i'm not gonna push for a service when other garages will sort it out with 1 call.
